This is the second book in my personal journey through dealing with Child Abandonment, Child Abuse and a life of Addiction.. Each poem is a window into my struggles of dealing and coming to terms with these issues while diagnosed with BPD, Bipolar and depression.
I wrote these poems at some of my lowest points, they contain a rawness and honesty that  I hope will somehow provide comfort to anyone who struggles. I hope my words will help in the understanding that we are not alone when the sky is dark. The light of recovery shines bright, and a new way is possible.
